Lead PM/SPM for and supported teams responsible to complete approximately 25 unique real estate development, capital project, and construction portfolios and/or transactions ranging from $2MM to >$1B in estimated total costs. Also responsible for project, portfolio, and operational level budgets >$20MM as well as >$50MM in funds raised, awards/projects, and budget savings to date.

Proven leadership in a variety of organizations, spanning development, healthcare, community finance, and construction, by effectively communicating to all essential stakeholders needed to ensure quality, compliant, and on-time/budget results in real estate development and capital projects.

Other core competency skills include successfully navigating capital markets for real estate ventures, mitigating financial & scheduling risks, as well as leading problem-solving with all real estate development partners including local, state, & federal government and municipal agencies, finance, marketing, accounting, on-site staff, legal, design, construction, and other operational teams across both the public and private sectors.

Direct real estate project and transaction experience has included but is not limited to: <6-story multifamily & mixed-use new builds, lease-up/turnovers, condo/coop renovations, capital planning & code compliance, institutional housing, luxury interiors, environmental remediation, advanced green building & energy efficiency, downtown revitalization investments, nonprofit, faith-based, & healthcare organizations, workforce/middle/mixed-income housing, transit-oriented developments, LIHTC, adaptive reuse, historic preservation, urban infill & scattered site, community revitalization, housing authorities, and large-scale public-private partnerships (PPP).
